ITALIAN BAKED PEARS....
serves 4 persons...
4 medium size pears, not to soft.
small packet of digestives,
1 egg,
amaretto liqueur,
tbl spoon of butter,
white wine,
place all in a blender and mix until, ingrediants start to come together,add liqueur little by little..until mix looks like cake mixture.
cut pears in half and scoop out the core and fill with the mixture.
place in a roasting tray and fill tray with wine to just cover the tray and bake for 30 mins in pre heated oven.
Now ready to serve either hot or cold.....
